This is a broad-brush schedule at present. We will add more detail as project needs dictate.
- October, 2018 – Preliminary design begins
- March, 2019 – Final design complete, project out to bid.
- April, 2019 – Contractor selection & award
- Mid-May – June, 2019 – Pre-construction preparation
- Mid-July – Mid-November, 2019 – Active construction
We met with the Midtown Board Jan. 2 and shared the project sheet (see the December post under “Updates”). Other meetings have included focus group sessions (cycling, BATA/special needs). We also meet monthly with a city steering committee composed of key city departments and associated stakeholders.
