Team Cycle Track Experience
Christopher Zull, PE was the traffic engineer for the City of Grand Rapids for 15 years. During his tenure he took the city’s bike infrastructure from 0 to 80 miles. March, 2019 – TART & NORTE offered to fund an independent review of the non-motorized project elements. The GFA/Progressive AE project team offered three potential firms, and TART/NORTE selected ALTA from the list provided. ALTA completed their review and the comments were incorporated into the final April 2019 design.
